Page 224 - September 26, 2012

Now this page...is a page I actually like, even though it is, in its essence, nothing very special at all. The colors have a nice balance and I like the panel layout. And posting a page that I'm happy with usually puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day, so hopefully I'll have the energy to color a couple of pages this evening after school. I probably will, I'm in an extra good mood because the latest ink lineart that I finished last night has probably the best looking scene shot that I've managed to pull off so far in the comic. Oh, how I itch to post it as a sneak peek, but I really don't want to spoil anything about the next chapter yet. Only two months' worth of pages left for this chapter...which means I'll probably be done drawing all of chapter 5 once I start posting the pages for it.

Well, off to school I go, it's time for some graphic design lessons. I really should invest in a laptop or one of those tablet PC thingies soon, then I could take care of these updates during the train+bus ride. Now I pretty much just spend that hour in a wasteful state of almost-sleep, staring blankly out the window at boring stuff. -_-
